The Mission

At How To Manage A Small Law Firm (HTM), we help solo and small law firm owners transform their practices into scalable, profitable businesses. We don't do cold calls or transactional sales. We grow through trust, authority, and high-level strategic partnerships.

We need a Strategic Partnership Lead who is a professional "door-opener." This isn't a desk job. You are our front-line ambassador, tasked with breaking into professional associations, securing stage time at national conferences, and managing the relationships that drive our expansion.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

  • Kick Down Doors: Proactively identify and establish HTM within new bar associations and professional networks.
  • Own the Stage: Secure and execute speaking engagements to position HTM as the leading authority for law firm growth.
  • High-Stakes Networking: Build and maintain deep-trust relationships with legal organizations and referral partners.
  • Dominate Events: Lead our presence at expos and vendor fairs—ensuring HTM is the most impactful brand in the room.
  • Strategic Autonomy: Operate with a high degree of independence to expand our national footprint.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total Target Earnings: $120,000 ($90,000 Base + $30,000 Performance Incentive).
  • Fully Remote: Work from home when you aren't on the road.
