As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will sit at the centre of this impact turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that shapes strategic direction across the business.

Your Impact

You will be a trusted partner to the business, driving performance through insight by:

• Owning and enhancing financial models across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key KPIs
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, challenging assumptions and strengthening outputs
• Delivering insightful reporting packs for leadership, investors, and operational teams
• Translating financial data into clear recommendations that drive decision-making
• Identifying risks and opportunities early, ensuring the business stays proactive and agile
• Partnering with data and BI teams to elevate dashboards and business visibility
• Supporting strategic projects through scenario modelling and commercial analysis

Your Experience & Expertise

Essential:

• Strong experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance roles
• Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capability
• Experience working with large data sets and generating insights
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions

Advantageous:

• Professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• Experience within fintech, financial services, or tech-driven businesses
