Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative coordination
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet or similar)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (trackers, pivot tables, conditional formatting, reporting)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects remotely

Requirements:

  • Plan and manage project timelines and trackers, maintaining accuracy across tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or MS Project
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reporting (agendas, notes, action items, weekly reports, dashboards) and organize in Drive/SharePoint/Confluence/Notion
  • Coordinate communication among project managers, internal teams, leadership, and vendors; ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines and follow up on tasks
  • Monitor tasks, dependencies, resource availability, and risks; maintain risk and escalation logs to prevent blockers and ensure on-time delivery

Communication & Coordination (Core Responsibility)

  • Act as the central liaison between:
