Position: ABA Scheduler

Work Type: Full-Time, Remote (US Hours 9am-5pm EST)

Pay: South African Rand (Zar)

Job Overview

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized ABA Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently scheduling Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions between clients and therapists, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate ABA therapy sessions for clients in accordance with their treatment plans.
  • Communicate and confirm schedules with families and therapists.
  • Monitor therapist availability and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling data using software tools.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize scheduling processes.
  • Provide timely responses to client and therapist inquiries regarding scheduling.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling or coordination, especially in healthcare or ABA settings, is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Committed to providing exceptional client service and support.
