Our client is a two-sided outdoor hospitality business:
A traveler marketplace for booking campgrounds and RV parks
A platform for park operators to manage reservations, payments, and operations
Our client brings modern software to a fragmented industry made up largely of independent businesses. The product is used daily in operationally complex environments where reliability and responsiveness matter—especially during peak travel seasons when customers move fast and deadlines are real.
As a Request For Proposal Specialist, you’ll run proposal submissions from intake through clean submission. This is not a “fill in the blanks” role—you’ll own timelines, coordinate cross-functional inputs, draft and edit responses, and ensure every deliverable ships on time and meets submission requirements.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership to gather information, shape clear and accurate answers, and continuously improve the process so our client gets faster and more consistent over time.
