Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives, including ERP implementations and post-go-live optimization
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and dependency maps
  • Serve as a key delivery lead for ERP and enterprise system initiatives across discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization, partnering with functional leads globally
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and support governance structures such as steering committees and design reviews

East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our technology team! 

The Technical Project Manager will join our global technology team to plan and deliver enterprise technology and software initiatives that enable business transformation. This role will lead cross-functional projects of varying size and complexity, with a strong focus on system implementations such as ERP and other enterprise applications.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN: 

Enterprise Project & Program Management 

  • Lead end-to-end deliver of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives, including ERP implementation and post-go-live optimization efforts
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, RAID logs, and dependency maps
  • Ensure projects align with organizational strategy, operational realities, security standards, and regulatory requirements

ERP & Enterprise Systems Delivery 

  • Serve as a key delivery lead for ERP and enterprise system initiatives, supporting phases such as discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization
  • Partner with functional leads across all teams in the global org to translate business needs into executable project plans

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

  • Act as a central point of coordination and communication across project stakeholders
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Delivery Governance & Ways of Working 

  • Apply appropriate project deliver methodologies (Agile, kanban, hybrid, or waterfall) based on initiative type and maturity
  • Support governance structures such as steering committees, design reviews, and decision forums

Innovation & Continuous Improvement 

  • Support exploratory and innovation focused initiatives, pilots, and proofs of concept
  • Leverage data, dashboards, and metrics to improve visibility and decision-making

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in technical project, program, or delivery management
  • Demonstrated experience leading ERP or other large enterprise system implementations
  • Experience in Food, Beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or regulated environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, systems integration, and data-driven initiatives
  • Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams preferred
