We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager (#22071) with strong experience delivering complex digital initiatives and leveraging AI-driven execution models. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in end-to-end project delivery, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on exposure to AI copilots and agent-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects (OMNI, Loyalty, Marketplaces, Front-End, or similar)
Manage project execution across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Architecture, Release, and Business stakeholders
Ensure release readiness and manage dependencies across multiple teams
Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and documentation
Leverage AI/agentic execution models to enhance project delivery efficiency
Work hands-on with AI copilots and LLMs (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Build and utilize AI agents to improve planning, execution, and reporting processes
Track and report on Agile metrics, ensuring a data-driven approach to continuous improvement
Identify risks, escalate issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies
Drive process improvements to increase productivity and delivery quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Project Management delivering complex digital projects
Strong expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks
Advanced experience with JIRA and Confluence
Hands-on experience with AI tools, copilots, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience building or leveraging AI agents in project environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
English level B2 (conversational)
Preferred Qualifications
PMP and/or CSM certification
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
Background in enterprise retail, eCommerce, or large-scale technology organizations
