Job description

Description : ESG Toulouse, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine de Immobilier et Gestion de Patrimoine, un.e Négociateur(trice) Immobilier en contrat d'alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Immobilier et Gestion de Patrimoine, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Organiser et conduire les visites de biens avec les prospects

  • Réaliser des estimations de biens immobiliers et conseiller les clients

  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers jusqu'à la signature finale

    • Préparer les dossiers de financement avec les partenaires bancaires

    • Assurer le suivi des diagnostics techniques obligatoires

  • Contribuer au développement du réseau professionnel (notaires, banquiers…)

  • Effectuer une veille régulière sur le marché immobilier local

  • Participer aux actions de communication et de marketing de l'agence

  • Gérer les annonces sur les portails immobiliers (SeLoger, Leboncoin…)

  • Rédiger et suivre les mandats, compromis de vente et contrats de location

  • Prospecter et constituer un portefeuille de biens immobiliers à vendre ou à louer

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d'un Bac+3 (Bachelor) dans le domaine de Bachelor Immobilier - Responsable Commercial - annee 3.

Compétences :

  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion immobilière (logiciels métiers)

  • Bonne connaissance du marché immobilier local et des tendances

  • Maîtrise du Pack Office et des outils de communication

  • Capacité à rédiger des documents juridiques et administratifs

  • Sens de la négociation et de l'écoute client

  • Permis B souhaité pour les déplacements sur le terrain

Qualités personnelles :

  • Persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats dans un environnement concurrentiel

  • Excellent(e) sens du relationnel et de la négociation

  • Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) dans la gestion des dossiers
