Summary:
The Trustee Sale Assistant provides services on a national basis for the Trustee Services Business on defaulted loans through the non-judicial foreclosure process. The Trustee Sale Assistant (TSA) is responsible for opening new files in case management system, ordering beneficiary checks, SCRA & Pacer requests, preparing documents necessary for processing non-judicial foreclosures, updating foreclosure and client case management systems, assisting Trustee Sale Officer. TSA will monitor all foreclosure files on hold due to bankruptcy and work with outside counsel to make sure status is updated and sales are postponed or proceed to sale accordingly.
Essential Job Functions:
Download daily new referrals from client and open in case management system, monitor timely receipt of transmitted data from title based and complete updates to case management system.
Ensure timely compliance of SCRA and Bankruptcy checks provide results to Trustee Sale Officer “TSO” for review.
Update clients case management systems and forward escalated requests to TSO.
Scan documents to remote personnel.
Assist TSO in clerical functions required to complete a task.
Monitor all foreclosure files on hold and update status in FSI.
Comply with all escalation procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Education and/or Experience:
Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the processing of non-judicial foreclosures is required
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and write English.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplication, division. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Work Complexity:
Problems and issues faced are frequently complex and sometimes multi-dimensional, requiring broad- based consideration of variables that impact multiple areas of their organization.
