Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

 

Accounts Payable Apprentice

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Accounts Payable department in daily operational activities.
  • Verifying invoices and ensuring accurate posting in line with company policies.
  • Maintaining effective communication with internal and external business partners.
  • Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of vendor accounts, including reconciliation and corrective actions.
  • Managing VAT-related corrections and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

 

Our requirements:

  • You are a student - preferred majors: finance, economics.
  • You know English on communicative level.
  • You are fluent in MS Office programs and have analytical skills.
  • You are responsible and not afraid of challenges.
  • You are result-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven.
  • You are not afraid of working independently, but at the same time you are able to cooperate with others.
  • The knowledge of German would be an asset.
