CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update lead pipelines
• Track lead activity, communication history, appointment status, and follow-up schedules
• Ensure all lead information is complete, organized, and up to date
• Support sales and operations teams with ready-to-contact prospects and pipeline visibility
