Job description

Lead Generation & Research
• Source and identify potential customers and business opportunities
• Research contractors, property owners, developers, commercial clients, and other target markets
• Build and maintain organized lists of qualified leads based on target criteria
• Gather and verify accurate contact details, including emails, phone numbers, and business information
• Qualify leads based on project needs, buying intent, and service fit
• Segment and categorize leads for efficient outreach and follow-up

Outbound Outreach & Engagement
• Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, SMS, and social media
• Engage with warm and cold leads to generate interest and opportunities
• Set appointments and coordinate meetings with qualified prospects
• Support overall lead conversion efforts and assist in moving prospects through the sales pipeline

CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update lead pipelines
• Track lead activity, communication history, appointment status, and follow-up schedules
• Ensure all lead information is complete, organized, and up to date
• Support sales and operations teams with ready-to-contact prospects and pipeline visibility
