2-3 years of experience in sales and/or recruitment, preferably in consulting or life sciences environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional emails and outreach messaging; candidate- and client-facing communication experience.
Experience using ATS/CRM systems (Zoho preferred) with strong data-entry discipline and attention to detail; highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Requirements:
Execute high-volume outbound outreach (email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls) to BD leads, candidates, and consultants; schedule discovery calls and candidate interviews; maintain consistent follow-ups.
Maintain accurate, real-time updates in Zoho CRM (leads, opportunities, outreach activity) and Zoho Recruit (candidate profiles, interview notes).
Support movement of BD leads to qualified opportunities and candidates to client submissions; assist in pre-sales coordination and preparation of briefing documents for discovery calls; ensure smooth handoffs to BDMs and recruiters.
Utilize tools and systems (Microsoft 365, Teams, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter, SignalHire) to support outreach and candidate management.
