Job description

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Manager, Platform Sales Operations & Enablement to play a critical role in supporting and scaling our platform based practices, with a primary focus on Ramp and other strategic technology partners. This role serves as the operational backbone of platform sales efforts, bringing structure, consistency, and discipline across sales motions, partner coordination, and sales to delivery handoffs, so our sales and practice leaders can focus on strategy and client relationships.

As a Manager, Platform Sales Operations & Enablement, you will:

  • Coordinate ongoing platform sales cadences, including recurring sales, MQL, and marketing connect meetings with internal teams and platform partners

  • Track and manage in flight platform opportunities, ensuring visibility and transparency for sales and practice leadership

  • Maintain strong opportunity hygiene by ensuring notes, scope, context, and next steps are clearly documented prior to delivery handoff

  • Act as a primary point of coordination with platform partner sales teams, including scheduling and managing demos, follow up calls, enablement sessions, and key client meetings

  • Reinforce consistent communication practices, including pre call alignment, agenda setting, and post call recaps shared with relevant stakeholders

  • Coordinate sales to delivery handoff meetings to ensure delivery teams receive clear context, scope, and client expectations

  • Partner with practice and delivery leaders to confirm resource needs and readiness, reducing downstream delivery risk caused by gaps in scoping or information

  • Support platform specific marketing and enablement initiatives such as webinars, demos, and joint partner sessions, in coordination with marketing teams

  • Track registrations, attendance, and follow ups for platform related marketing efforts

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for coordinating client interactions and driving timely follow ups to maintain sales momentum and deliver a consistent, professional client experience

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience in sales operations, enablement, or revenue support within a professional services or SaaS adjacent environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with sales, delivery, marketing, and external partners

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience supporting platform or alliance based practices preferred

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and partner driven go to market models preferred

  • Experience with CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and sales enablement processes preferred

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:

$65,874 - $135,000 per year
