Job description

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join our growing team and help build the next generation of technology-driven products.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience β€” and who wants to turn ideas into impactful, scalable products used by real customers across industries.

This position is open to candidates based in LATAM.

What You’ll Do

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build high-quality, scalable products.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements through user research, stakeholder input, and data insights.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive product execution by working closely with engineering teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze product performance using metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

 

What You Bring

  • Strong experience in product management within technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or features.
  • Ability to balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding of software development processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to change.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in SaaS, data, AI, or platform-based products.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics tools.
  • Background in consulting, startups, or cross-functional environments.
  • Technical background or understanding of APIs, data systems, or modern architectures.
