Job description

AI Enablement Lead
Remote | US

At Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. The AI Enablement Lead helps clients understand, adopt, and realize value from AI. You'll work directly with business users, leaders, and delivery teams to ensure AI becomes part of how work gets done. You'll lead workshops, deliver training, develop adoption strategies, and help organizations build confidence using tools like Claude in real business processes.

This is a highly client facing role. You'll regularly be the only Nimble Gravity person in the room with a skeptical technical stakeholder, so you need to be able to hold your own on the mechanics of how these systems work, not just the change management around them.

What You'll Do

  • Lead AI enablement programs. Help clients successfully adopt AI tools and workflows. Develop enablement plans that drive awareness, adoption, and long term usage.
  • Facilitate workshops and training. Lead workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands on demonstrations for business users and leaders. Help teams understand not only how AI works, but how it can improve the way they work.
  • Serve as an AI advocate. Build excitement and confidence around AI adoption. Help stakeholders navigate concerns, answer questions, and identify opportunities to incorporate AI into day to day processes.
  • Hold technical ground solo. Field specific technical questions about system design, data flow, and failure modes directly, without deferring to "that's what the technical team is for." Know when and how a workflow needs retrieval, grounding, or human review, and be able to explain why in plain language to a skeptical audience.
  • Partner with technical teams. Work alongside engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes.
  • Support organizational adoption. Identify barriers to adoption and create communications, learning materials, and other resources that help users embrace new ways of working.
  • Measure success. Define and track adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes with real numbers, not just qualitative wins. Gather feedback and continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Navigate regulated environments. Help financial services and insurance organizations adopt AI responsibly while aligning with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, organizational adoption, or a related field
  • A specific, named example of something you built or configured with generative AI, not just a tool you used. Think: an agent workflow, a rules based guardrail, an automated triage process. "Used Copilot to draft emails" doesn't meet this bar.
  • Working fluency across multiple AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar), not expertise in a single branded product
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, including experience leading sessions with executives, business stakeholders, and end users, with no one else in the room to back you up on technical specifics
  • Ability to influence and engage skeptical audiences while building excitement around new technologies and ways of working
  • A track record you can quantify: adoption numbers, engagement rates, time saved, error rates reduced
  • Experience developing and delivering training, enablement, or adoption programs for enterprise software, digital transformation, or AI initiatives
  • A consultative mindset. You are comfortable moving from 'teaching a tool' to 'diagnosing a business process' and spotting where automation or AI assistance could unlock the next phase of work.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for business users
  • Comfortable operating in a client facing consulting environment with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities
  • Prosci, ACMP, instructional design, or related certifications are a plus

Strongly preferred, not required

  • Experience working in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry. If you don't have this but bring deep AI build experience and strong solo executive presence, we still want to hear from you.

Why Join Nimble Gravity?
You'll help leading financial institutions and other clients adopt AI in meaningful ways. You'll work directly with clients, engineers, and AI specialists to turn emerging technology into measurable business outcomes. If you enjoy teaching, facilitating, influencing, and helping people embrace new ways of working, we'd love to talk.
