Position The People and Culture team covers the human resources functions for the US TechSoup offices and staff, with alignment to the UK and Warsaw HR functions. This P&C Administrator position will provide administrative support to ongoing and periodic HR activities. This is a full-time TEMPORARY assignment. This position reports to the Senior People&Culture Generalist.
Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment:
Supports by scheduling HR screens and manager interviews
Onboarding New Hires:
Conducts new employee onboarding; processes new employee, collects required paperwork and sets up both physical and electronic personnel files
Coordinates new hire orientation with appropriate parties
Ensures all appropriate documentation and employee data is completed and processed efficiently and consistently
Reporting: Creates and runs reports as needed for:
Expenses associated with recruitment process
Recruiting reports
EEO, Headcount, attrition
Produce other reports as requested
Administration:
Maintains and inputs employee data and other HR-related files and filing systems
Generates promotion, salary increases, job title and other letters
Maintains P&C shared systems & files
Schedules exit interviews
Processes unemployment claims and Worker Comp claims
Maintains physical space and orders supplies for P&C team as needed
Maintains independent contractor contracts and Telecommuting Agreements
Processes P&C invoices
Maintains People & Culture standard operating procedures
Other:
Assists with internship program
Provides administrative and coordination support to P&C team as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years HR experience or equivalent
Must maintain confidentiality in all HR and other sensitive matters, supporting HR functions with diplomacy, discretion and respect.
Excellent organizational skills as well as customer support capabilities
Experience and knowledge of ADP or other payroll /HRIS system preferred.
Experience with SharePoint and Google Docs is desired but not required

The base salary range for this full-time remote position is $50,000.00-$55,000.00 annually plus benefits. TechSoup determines salary ranges based on a role, level, and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business needs, and market demands.
