Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in BI, data, or integration environments.
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of data structures.
  • Experience with APIs or a strong interest to deepen API integrations; ability to read JSON and understand REST concepts.
  • Ideally experience with Power BI and Power Automate; strong analytical mindset and ability to design scalable, reusable solutions; fluent German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop existing data integrations to customer systems (e.g., DATEV, SAP, LucaNet, Microsoft 365, Personio) and optimize ETL pipelines for file- and API-based data imports.
  • Onboard new interfaces, integrate them into the existing integration landscape, and ensure reusable patterns for dimensions and mappings; manage authentication (e.g., OAuth) and secure data transfer.
  • Automate data flows and integrate them into setup and deployment processes; collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand and implement data structures.
  • Evolve bespoke integrations into scalable, parameterizable standards and review external API documentation to assess efficient connections to new systems.

Die Aufgaben

  • Du betreust und entwickelst bestehende Datenanbindungen zu Kundensystemen (z. B. DATEV, SAP, LucaNet, Microsoft 365, Personio) kontinuierlich weiter. 
  • Du optimierst und stabilisierst bestehende ETL-Strecken für Datei- und API-basierte Datenimporte. 
  • Du übernimmst neue Schnittstellen und führst diese strukturiert in unsere bestehende Integrationslandschaft ein. 
  • Du arbeitest dich in externe API-Dokumentationen ein und bewertest, wie neue Systeme effizient angebunden werden können. 
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Integrationen von individuellen Lösungen hin zu skalierbaren, parametrisierbaren Standards weiter. 
  • Du stellst sicher, dass wiederkehrende Strukturen (z. B. Dimensionen, Mapping-Logiken) sauber abstrahiert und wiederverwendbar umgesetzt sind. 
  • Du betreust Authentifizierungsprozesse (z. B. OAuth) und stellst eine stabile, sichere Datenübertragung sicher. 
  • Du automatisierst bestehende Datenflüsse weiter und integrierst diese in unsere Setup- und Deployment-Prozesse. 
  • Du arbeitest bei Bedarf mit Kunden und internen Teams zusammen, um Datenstrukturen sauber zu verstehen und umzusetzen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im BI-, Data- oder Integrationsumfeld.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen und kannst mit SQL sicher arbeiten.
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung mit APIs oder ein starkes Interesse, dich tiefer in API-Integrationen einzuarbeiten.
  • Du kannst JSON lesen und verstehst grundlegende REST-Konzepte.
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power BI oder Power Automate.
  • Du verstehst Datenflüsse ganzheitlich – von der Quelle bis zur Zielstruktur.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, Lösungen skalierbar und wiederverwendbar aufzubauen.
  • Du gehst analytisch vor, erkennst Muster und entwickelst bestehende Lösungen konsequent weiter.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und kannst technische Themen verständlich erklären.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
