This position partners closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial Operations, and Field Sales to deliver a consistent, consultative, and customer-focused digital sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a geographic territory and enterprise accounts within that territory, using digital channels to engage customers and advance opportunities.

  • Partner with Marketing to convert campaign activity, digital demand, and qualified leads into revenue.

  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Product, and Commercial Operations on account coverage, deal strategy, product launches, pricing, and sales enablement.

  • Maintain accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and reporting while using analytics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

  • Promote a consultative, value-based sales approach, resolve escalated customer issues, and represent the voice of the customer in digital sales strategy discussions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of sales or commercial experience, including SaaS, software, digital, or inside sales experience.

  • 2+ years of people management, team leadership, or relevant performance leadership experience.

  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and digital sales tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, manage pipeline activity, and deliver measurable business results.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and customer relationship management skills.

What We Offer

  • A standard benefits package designed to support eligible employees.

  • The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a digital Environmental Monitoring application within a collaborative commercial environment.

  • Cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Product, Field Sales, and Commercial Operations teams.

  • A role where data-driven decision-making, customer focus, and consultative selling are central to success.
