About Fasset
Fasset is a regulated stablecoin neobank making stablecoin-powered financial services accessible to everyone. We are rapidly expanding our presence across key emerging and frontier markets.


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Country Manager to lead Fasset’s operations and growth in Ghana. You will be the face of Fasset in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish Fasset as the leading stablecoin neobank in Ghana.


Responsibilities

  • Own Fasset’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Ghana.
  • Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions.
  • Lead in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
  • Represent Fasset with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Ghana.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a local team, including community ambassadors and business development staff.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Deep network and understanding of Ghana’s financial, technology, or startup ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local Ghanaian language(s) is strongly preferred.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with crypto, stablecoins, or digital assets.
  • Established relationships with regulators or key industry stakeholders in Ghana.
