  • Assist the team in monitoring and executing campaigns from launch to final report delivery, ensuring deliverables align with projections and targets; develop and optimize performance ads in CPC/PPC models

We are Monks’ International Media Hub, the area responsible for handling international digital marketing projects in collaboration with other agencies in the S4 group.


We are seeking Performance Media Specialists to join our team and set the standard for high-performance global campaign strategies. As a Specialist, you will be the focal point for performance media strategies on international projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS


In your day-to-day work, your main activities will be:


  • Actively participate in meetings with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring that expectations and needs are understood and met; proactively demonstrate accountability and interest in client management;
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic, optimizing results and aligning with business objectives;
  • Create media plans that maximize campaign impact and achieve established KPIs;
  • Produce campaign performance reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio;
  • Assist the team in monitoring and executing campaigns, from launch to final report delivery, ensuring deliverables align with projections and targets;
  • Develop and optimize performance ads in the CPC/PPC model;
  • Organize demands and reallocate to other project members when necessary, responsible for project management and routines;
  • Assist in the technical evolution of peers and other team members involved in the project.


For the Performance Media Specialist position, the requirements and expectations are:


  • Advanced or Fluent English: Essential for effective communication in an international environment and with global stakeholders;
  • Expertise in Digital Performance Media: Solid experience in creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across multiple digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and Programmatic;
  • Data-driven: Analyze paid campaign results to inform strategic decisions and optimizations aimed at improving performance;
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and manage complex scenarios effectively;
  • Commitment to Deadlines and Results: Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver results within established deadlines, with a high level of accountability.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


Tools and methodologies used:


  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Suite, and other Paid Media platforms as needed;
  • In some cases, SA360, DV360, CM360, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel;
  • For communication and organization: Slack, Gmail, Asana, among others as necessary;
  • AI tools, both internal and other organization-approved tools;
  • Data analysis, daily meetings (Dailies), 1-on-1s, active and continuous learning.

  • English language development and greater knowledge of the American market and other regions;
