Compensation Range

Hourly: $23.80 - $35.80 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to generate volume by enrolling suppliers in payment solutions that include card, ACH, check and other forms of invoice remittance for insurance and AP clients suppliers.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare and conduct outbound calls to enroll suppliers in automated payments on behalf of the Bank’s insurance and AP clients

  • Perform data mining to seek portfolio wide enrollment opportunities

  • Assist in editing and running Sales Force team reports

  • Call assigned business leads and reach enrollment goals as outlined by leadership

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Basic knowledge of the B2B sales industry

  • Strong active listening skills

  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to apply discretion and sound judgement to solve problems efficiently and effectively

  • Ability to learn CRM software, including SalesForce.com

  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values 

  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience required

  • 1+ year B2B inside sales or sales support experience required

  • 1+ year insurance claims payments experience preferred

**Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $23.80 to $35.80 per hour. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
