  • Lead complex technical initiatives, such as Entra ID Migrations, Softland SAR, and automated Support Document generation.
  • Identify and remediate architectural gaps to mitigate security risks and compliance violations.

We are currently searching for a Architect (.NET + AI):

Responsibilities:

  • Support a comprehensive assessment of existing LATAM application and infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Architect AI-driven automation solutions, including the establishment of governance and scaling AI capabilities across diverse teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with security protocols, data protection policies, and architectural standards (specifically targeting Qualys scan automation).
  • Lead complex technical initiatives, such as Entra ID Migrations, Softland SAR, and automated Support Document generation.
  • Identify and remediate architectural gaps to mitigate security risks and compliance violations.
  • Provide expert guidance on access management frameworks, facilitating transitions to secure, scalable identity solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to LATAM IT teams, offering strategic insights for long-term resilience and regulatory readiness.
  • Facilitate high-level collaboration between Business, IT, and external Vendors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of application architecture, including SaaS platforms, enterprise databases, and cloud-native environments.
  • Advanced AI & Automation proficiency, with the ability to design and implement AI-integrated workflows and governance.
  • Deep expertise in access management architectures, assessing identity controls and recommending secure alternatives.
  • Strong background in .NET development and software engineering principles.
  • Proven experience in compliance and security-driven environments (LATAM region preferred).

Desired:

  • Previous experience as a Regional or LATAM Architect.
  • Certification in Azure/Cloud Architecture or AI/Machine Learning.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.
