We are currently searching for a Lead QA Analyst / Support (BA + QA):
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA and implementation support for the SLAMNET-Parcel rollout in Mexico, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between the vendor, technical teams, Mexico Brokerage business stakeholders, and QA resources.
- Translate complex Brokerage operations and customs processes into clear functional specifications, test scenarios, and validation criteria.
- Track implementation lifecycle artifacts, including progress, defects, functional gaps, risks, and required escalations.
- Coordinate QA teams, delegating testing activities to QA Engineers while ensuring evidence collection and timely defect resolution.
- Define comprehensive QA test plans, acceptance criteria, and regression testing activities for parcel functionalities.
- Perform issue triage by analyzing defects, assessing business impact, and coordinating with vendors for fixes.
- Validate delivered functionality to ensure it meets requirements before UAT, release readiness, or production deployment.
- Support go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring business sign-off and final defect closure.
- Maintain requirement traceability and documentation within tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading QA activities for system implementations in Logistics, Parcel, Transportation, or Customs/Brokerage environments.
- Deep understanding of Mexico Brokerage operations, including customs processes, regulatory requirements, and parcel clearance flows.
- Strong hybrid background (BA + QA): Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while managing the testing lifecycle.
- Expertise in QA methodologies, including test case design, UAT support, and defect management.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or HP ALM.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and vendor dependencies.
Desired:
- Experience specifically with Parcel rollout or SLAMNET systems.
- Certifications in Software Testing (ISTQB) or Business Analysis (CBAP).
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
