  • Configure and interpret data within GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio; build dashboards and performance reports; design and manage A/B and multivariate tests; analyze conversion funnels, attribution, engagement metrics, and campaign performance trends

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI-enhanced marketing initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires someone who is highly data-driven, performance-focused, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, fluent in modern AI tools and technologies, and excited about optimizing multichannel campaigns for healthcare and life sciences clients across the full customer funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Build integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, and programmatic channels tailored to client goals and objectives.

  • Incorporate AI tools and agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Jasper, Midjourney, and AdCreative.ai to enhance copywriting, audience segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization.

  • Translate business objectives into measurable marketing plans with clearly defined KPIs.

  • Identify and test emerging platforms, ad formats, and AI-driven marketing enhancements.

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Perform keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization using tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

  • Develop AI-assisted workflows for keyword clustering, metadata optimization, and SEO performance forecasting.

  • Support content optimization initiatives designed to improve organic visibility and search performance.

Paid Media

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising channels.

  • Leverage AI tools for creative testing, audience expansion, bidding strategies, and campaign copy variations.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion performance and return on ad spend.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Configure and interpret data within GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

  • Build dashboards and performance reports that provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

  • Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and website experiences.

  • Analyze conversion funnels, attribution models, engagement metrics, and campaign performance trends.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on SEO and paid media.

  • Hands-on experience applying AI within marketing workflows, including content generation, automation, media optimization, or AI agent implementation.

  • Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and related advertising platforms.

  • Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences marketing environments is a plus.

  • Experience working within small or fast-growing agencies is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, or AI-focused platforms are a plus.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, conversion funnels, attribution modeling, and engagement metrics.

  • Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to improve campaign execution and operational efficiency.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate confidently with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable managing marketing initiatives across the full funnel, from awareness through retention.

  • Strong storytelling and strategic planning abilities for reporting and performance analysis.

  • Familiarity with CRO and UX principles is a plus.

  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.

  • Adaptable, optimization-focused, and comfortable operating within fast-paced environments.
