Summary of Job Duties:

The purpose of this position is to support research activities. This will include participant recruitment, consenting participants, survey data collection, conducting interviews, qualitative and quantitative data management, data cleaning, data analysis, literature reviews, and writing for dissemination for research findings.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree plus one (1) year of research experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft IRB protocol revisions and study materials following guidance from investigators.

  • Oversees data collection processes such as participant recruitment and interview scheduling, and assists with conducting interviews.

  • Performs qualitative analysis according to the directions of investigators and assists with the preparation of findings for presentations and publications.

  • Ensures that research activities are conducted with rigor and according to protocol.

  • Contributes to the development of research manuscripts.

  • Tracks progress on research activities and collaborates with project partners to ensure that activities are on track and within project timelines.

  • Identifies potential barriers to completion of project goals and milestones and communicates with supervisor and relevant partners to address challenges.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
