Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on software development projects.
  • Strong expertise in software development processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques with proven experience in leading and facilitating requirementsgathering sessions with stakeholders of varying levels
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
  • Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, impact analyses, and gap analyses
  • Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Continuous learning mindset with a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
