Roles & Responsibilities

  • Licensed Architect preferred with 5+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience
  • Proficiency with Revit; familiarity with 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience in multi-family construction; wood-frame experience is a plus
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to prepare/check drawings; knowledge of building materials, systems, and codes
  • Experience working with US clients and PST work hours; strong verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Project

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of all project phases (programming/conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction contract administration) and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Prepare design and technical drawings; develop solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems; coordinate with project team and outside consultants
  • Organize work efficiently, monitor time spent on tasks, and implement corrective strategies when delays or impediments occur
  • Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and regulatory requirements; review documents for compliance and coordinate with consultants as needed

Job description

Employment Type: Project-Based Employment (between five to ten months)
Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Pacific Time Zone)
Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP/Monthly

The firm provides comprehensive design services across multiple disciplines, with offices located in United States of America. The client is known for delivering innovative, context-driven design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Job Description:
Responsible for project design and technical development of an assigned project working under minimum supervision of a Senior Architect or Principal. Working with others on a significant portion of a project. Project role may design or technically focused, or both, depending on the size, complexity and capabilities of the individual.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Thorough understanding of all project phases of work including programming/ conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction contract administration.
  • Communicates with project team and outside parties regarding specific tasks and / or project related questions and documents the outcome of those communications.
  • Prepares design and technical drawings and solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems.
  • Develops and checks designs and details, collaborates work with others on project team and with outside project consultants
  • Effectively organizes work efforts and self-monitors time spent on tasks. Implements strategies for correction when tasks take longer than expected or when unexpected impediments to progress occur.
  • Exhibits understanding of complex building materials and systems, details and construction techniques, primary structural and MEPFP systems and their operation, and secondary building systems.
  • Exhibits understanding of zoning, building code, and other regulatory requirements as they relate to the project and checks documents for compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills/Attributes

  • Licensed Architect preferred
  • 5+ years post-graduate, full-time professional experience
  • Proficiency with Revit and familiarity with graphic illustration software programs such as 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design preferred.
  • Experienced in multi-family construction is required.
  • Experienced in wood-frame is a plus.
  • Background in documentation work.
  • Experienced with US client is a plus.
  • Familiar Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possibly needs to work US PST work hours
  • Needs to connect through telephone, Teams chat and email.
