Roles & Responsibilities

Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
At least 4 years of civil engineering work experience
Proficient in CAD drafting and design, including AutoDesk Civil 3D for design and drawing production
Familiarity with US-based clients and knowledge of drafting standards; ability to adapt to the company's drafting structure and style

Requirements:

Produce complete Civil/Structural Construction Documents for permitting using AutoDesk Civil 3D, in accordance with the company's drafting structure and style
Design and produce site layouts, conceptual grading, and storm/utility layouts under direction from the engineer
Receive directives from the Engineer/Project Manager via brief Zoom or phone consultations and translate them into drawings
Report daily project updates and tasks to the Team Leader

Job description

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Set-Up: Onsite onboarding for 2–4 weeks, followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S Pacific Time Zone)
Salary Package: 50,000 PHP to 70,000 PHP/Monthly

About the Client:

The client is a civil engineering consulting firm based in the United States, specializing in land development and site planning services. They support residential, commercial, industrial, and multi-family development projects across the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Produce Complete Civil/Structural Construction Documents for Permitting
Using AutoDesk Civil 3D for design and Drawing Production adapting to the company's drafting structure and style.
Get directives from Engineer Project Manager in a short zoom call or phone conversation.
Perform site layout design, conceptual grading design, and storm/utility layouts with direction from engineer.
Directly report to the Team Leader the daily project updates and tasks

Job Requirements:

Licensed Civil Engineer preferred
Atleast 4 years of work experience in Civil Engineer.
Proficient in CAD Drafting and Design.
Ability to utilize AutoDesk Civil 3D for design and Drawing Production.
Experience working with US based client is a plus.
Knowledge of drafting standards and ability to adapt to our company drafting structure and style.
Needs to have an eye for graphic quality and drafting standards for conceptual and construction-level drawings.
Ability to understand the effort level and product quality desired based on a short zoom call or phone conversation.
Good communication skills with project manager, able to meet project deadlines.
Ability to perform site layout design, conceptual grading design, and storm/utility layouts with direction from engineer.
Engineering skills could be gradually used more and more as the project manager is comfortable with it.
