ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Labour Immigration Specialist Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our firm's legal strategy, with a specific focus on matters pertaining to the labor sector. We are seeking a passionate legal professional with the capability to represent the firm in intricate matters, both in administrative and judicial contexts. Your insights will also be essential in advising multinational clients on cross-border employment issues and international workforce planning.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a Labour Immigration Specialist Lawyer, your daily tasks will include:

  • Advise clients on complex matters related to Labour Immigration Law, including visa processes, work permits, expatriate regulations, and compliance with national and international legal frameworks.
