Your insights will also be essential in advising multinational clients on cross-border employment issues and international workforce planning.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a Labour Immigration Specialist Lawyer, your daily tasks will include:

• Advise clients on complex matters related to Labour Immigration Law, including visa processes, work permits, expatriate regulations, and compliance with national and international legal frameworks.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, and opinions related to employment-based immigration, global mobility programs, and corporate immigration strategies.
• Conduct legal research on evolving immigration policies, labor laws, and international mobility trends, producing memos, briefs, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop thought leadership content, such as articles, white papers, and presentations, contributing to the firm's visibility and influence in Labour Immigration Law.
• Monitor and analyze legal developments impacting labour immigration in Brazil and globally, proactively advising clients on potential implications and strategic responses.
• Engage in business development activities, including client relationship management and participation in industry events or legal panels.
