Job description

Job Opening: ABA Recruiter

Location: Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9 am - 5 pm EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Paid in South African Rand (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support staff
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, training programs, and professional networks
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and trends
  • Support onboarding processes as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or ABA services
  • Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
