Job description

Job Title: Recruiting & Admin Coordinator

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

A proactive and organized Recruiting & Admin Coordinator is sought to support recruitment operations and administrative processes within an ABA environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining candidate records, supporting communication with candidates and clinical teams, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment coordination and candidate management processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate communication with candidates, clinical staff, and internal teams
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and recruitment-related activities
  • Conduct reference checks and support onboarding processes as needed
  • Track candidate progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
  • Assist with reporting, scheduling, and operational support tasks
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications and documentation
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
  • Assist with additional recruitment and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred

Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR administration, healthcare administration, or administrative support preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup

Experience working with US-based teams or healthcare environments is an advantage
