Job Title: Recruiting & Admin Coordinator

A proactive and organized Recruiting & Admin Coordinator is sought to support recruitment operations and administrative processes within an ABA environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining candidate records, supporting communication with candidates and clinical teams, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR administration, healthcare administration, or administrative support preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
Experience working with US-based teams or healthcare environments is an advantage
