Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking a proactive and organized Paraprofessional Recruiter to support the recruitment of healthcare support professionals, including CNAs, PCAs, and PCTs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates within a fast-paced recruiting environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings/interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers/account managers
  • Verify certifications, credentials, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruitment documentation
  • Support offer processing and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare support candidates
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements
