You’ll sit at the center of earned media, influencer support, events, CRM and sampling making sure the details land and the brand shows up brilliantly in-market.
It’s fast, cross-functional, and very hands-on. You’ll be trusted to own workstreams and see them through.
This is a key execution role in our Regional Marketing, Brand team in North America.
You’ll partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager and agency partners to deliver integrated activity across PR/influencer, owned channels (CRM/web), events/experiential, and sampling.
The team is busy, the work moves quickly, and success comes down to two things: ownership and getting the details right
A typical day in this role starts with you checking in on the moving parts across earned and owned quick alignment with your manager and the brand team on what needs to land this week, then straight into coordinating with the PR/influencer agency to keep creator vetting, product seeding and approvals on track, and making sure any press or product sends go out cleanly. You’ll shift between building clear briefs for CRM/web and email activity (you’re not coding, your job is to translate the plan into a brief that becomes the newsletter), lining up sampling orders and vendor timelines, and keeping budget trackers, spend and invoices tidy so nothing slips. As event moments ramp up (for example, key September shows like AAP and the Toronto Baby Show), your focus becomes practical execution, lock in logistics, booth setup, inventory and samples, coordinate across the paid team, shopper marketing, sales/commercial and HCP counterparts, and show up onsite as a confident brand ambassador who makes sure WaterWipes looks and feels consistent in-market.
This role is for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in brand, integrated marketing, events/experiential, PR/influencer, digital or closely related work where you’ve had to manage multiple workstreams and still deliver high-quality outputs.
You’ve done real brand event execution (conference/tradeshow experience is a must-have), you write strong briefs, and you’re comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders without needing hand-holding.
You’re also comfortable in remote, asynchronous working, this isn’t your first time operating that way
You take accountability personally: you see things through, you close loops, and you don’t let the small details slide.
You’re highly organised, calm under pressure, and you can connect dots across teams to keep projects moving even when priorities shift and people are stretched.
You bring strong day-to-day judgment (when to decide, when to escalate), and you treat time, budgets, and brand assets like they matter—because they do.
