Role Description

We are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time remote role based in Lebanon. This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing and brand presence across all channels.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, strategy, and execution in a fast-growing company.

The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead marketing initiatives, manage brand positioning, oversee campaigns, and ensure consistency across all communications and customer experiences. You will work closely with management, marketing, sales, and design teams to strengthen brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and oversee the company’s overall brand positioning and communication.
  • Manage social media marketing, content planning, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including paid ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Work closely with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Monitor and improve website, landing pages, and digital customer experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing KPIs.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and brand exposure.
  • Support sales and operational teams with presentations, promotional materials, and branded assets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging marketing tools and strategies.
  • Ensure all customer-facing materials reflect a premium and professional brand image.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing roles.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership position is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or growth-focused companies is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real estate, storage, logistics, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, or CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
