Do you enjoy the opportunity to drive change that impacts our nation? We are looking for smart, curious, driven individuals to join us in partnering with our clients to help them solve some of the nation’s most challenging problems. ASI Government serves as a trusted adviser to government leaders seeking improved performance, enhanced organization effectiveness, and strategic change.

Job Description:

ASI Government is actively recruiting a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and execute full-cycle recruiting across a range of federal roles — including technology, acquisition & procurement (1102 series), and management consulting positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering top-tier cleared and non-cleared talent to support our clients’ most critical missions.

This is a high-urgency, high-impact role that requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced federal contracting environment. If you bring a “no task is too big or too small” attitude and a proven track record recruiting cleared federal talent, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Execute end-to-end recruiting for cleared and non-cleared federal roles, including technology, acquisition & procurement (1102 series), and management consulting positions. Manage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted pipelines. Conduct in-depth screenings to assess technical qualifications, federal experience, clearance status, and cultural alignment.
  • Clearance-Focused Recruiting: Recruit candidates with active or current high-level security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI). Ensure compliance with security, suitability, and federal hiring requirements throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, hiring urgency, and evolving priorities. Provide market insights, candidate availability trends, and hiring recommendations as a trusted recruiting advisor.
  • Pipeline Management & Reporting: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified, cleared federal candidates. Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress in the ATS and provide regular updates to TA leadership.
  • Offer & Onboarding Support: Support offer development and candidate negotiations in alignment with internal compensation guidelines. Partner with HR and leadership to ensure smooth, timely onboarding.

Required:

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting high-cleared federal talent.
  • Proven experience recruiting within the Technology, Acquisition & Procurement (1102), and/or Management Consulting space.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced federal contracting environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to deliver results without sacrificing quality.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a “no task too big or too small” attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts tied to RFPs and proposal-driven hiring.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, including both Recruiting and HR modules.
  • Recruiting or Talent Acquisition certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, HRCI, LinkedIn Recruiter certifications).
  • Resides in the Washington, DC Metro area.

Start Date: ASAP

On-site Requirements: Minimal, prefer candidates in the DC Metro Area for occasional on-site support when needed and appropriate.
