The Lead is responsible for the ongoing design, management, and evolution of Discovery Vista and related Vendor Intake processes and Insights Sharing, strengthening the use of data, reporting, AI, and automation to support vendor discovery, and ensuring insights are shared to help internal leaders make informed decisions. • Translate market intelligence and vendor evaluations to ensure actionable insights are available for stakeholders.

  • Build linkages across business units to reduce duplication, strengthen strategic vendor partnerships, and support enterprise-wide approaches to vendor engagement.

  • Coordinate and manage intake operations for new and existing vendor opportunities, ensuring timely and consistent movement through screening and evaluation.

  • Assess and recommend external vendor offerings for internal build opportunities, supporting strategic buy/ build/ partner analyses.

  • Advise on and help advance a more unified enterprise framework for partnership decisions.

The successful associate:

  • Partnership builder: Brings expertise and/or identifies subject matter experts to analyze and synthesize information, develop insights, and produce recommendations grounded in both company and external data.

  • Team mentality: Demonstrates success in building collaborative working relationships across internal and external stakeholders, including technical and non-technical partners.

  • Drive for greatness: Seeks to “connect the dots,” proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and pursues excellence in both strategy and execution.

  • Technical aptitude: Shows interest in database management (e.g., maintaining and enhancing vendor tracking systems, integrating automation and AI tools, leveraging Power BI and Power Apps for Insights Sharing).

  • Program and project management: Ensures consistent, high-quality execution of both operational and strategic initiatives, including technical project delivery, proactive issue identification, and creative problem-solving.
