The Lead is responsible for the ongoing design, management, and evolution of Discovery Vista and related Vendor Intake processes and Insights Sharing, strengthening the use of data, reporting, AI, and automation to support vendor discovery, and ensuring insights are shared to help internal leaders make informed decisions. The Lead also works to connect siloed business areas, ensure consistency in vendor screening/re-screening, and advise on clinical vendor decisions for enterprise capabilities.
In this role, you will:
Lead ongoing management, optimization, and evolution of the Discovery Vista database and Vendor Intake processes, including partnering with development and UX teams to design and refine workflows, integrating automation and API-driven insights to drive efficiency.
Translate market intelligence and vendor evaluations to ensure actionable insights are available for stakeholders.
Build linkages across business units to reduce duplication, strengthen strategic vendor partnerships, and support enterprise-wide approaches to vendor engagement.
Coordinate and manage intake operations for new and existing vendor opportunities, ensuring timely and consistent movement through screening and evaluation.
Assess and recommend external vendor offerings for internal build opportunities, supporting strategic buy/ build/ partner analyses.
Advise on and help advance a more unified enterprise framework for partnership decisions.

Role Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years in business strategy, clinical discipline, product development, innovation, or vendor management operations experience.
2+ years cross-functional leadership experience with internal and external partners.
Proven experience interacting with or maintaining databases, data integration, and reporting solutions (including Power BI and Power Apps).
Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and optimize workflows with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to break down complex problems, develop hypotheses, and use data-driven approaches to refine and validate concepts.
Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders and crafting recommendations.
Strong research skills, leveraging multiple avenues (market, technical, and vendor) for investigation.
Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize disparate data points into accessible, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills with experience managing technical and business stakeholders.
Role Desirables
5+ years health insurance, healthcare vendor, clinical direct care, finance, or consulting experience.
Prior experience with product launches, experimentation, in-market testing, and vendor contracting.
Experience leading or collaborating on technical projects involving automation, data integration, or AI-driven insights.
Prior experience working directly with consumers/customers, running experiments, in-market testing, understanding what is required to launch products, and contracting
