  • Strong skills in defining target architectures, solution components, and cross-system integration with HR, ERP, time and attendance, and access-control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop and evolve the workforce management portfolio, defining target architectures and reusable solution components.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring changes in working time laws, tariffs, and KRITIS requirements and implementing necessary features.
  • Define functional requirements for R&D and support data structures, APIs, and data models to enable seamless integration with HR, ERP, and access-control systems.
  • Support presales and customer engagements through workshops, complex tenders, business cases, and value-based arguments.

Als Senior Solution Manager – Workforce Optimization & Compliance (m/w/d) verantwortest Du die strategische und fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Workforce-Management-Lösungen. Du gestaltest zukunftsfähige, regelkonforme und effiziente Lösungen zur Einsatzplanung, Schichtoptimierung und Personalkostensteuerung und stellst deren Integration in HR-, ERP- und Access-Control-Systeme sicher. Du agierst als Domain Owner für Workforce innerhalb unseres Solution-Stacks und bildest die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement, R&D, Legal, Sales und unseren Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategische Verantwortung

    • Weiterentwicklung unseres Workforce-Management-Portfolios

    • Definition von Zielarchitekturen und Lösungsbausteinen

    • Entwicklung von SaaS- und vertikalen Lösungskonzepten

  • Compliance & Regulierung

    • Sicherstellung der Berücksichtigung von Arbeitszeitgesetz (DE/EU), Tarifverträgen sowie Branchen- und KRITIS-Vorgaben

    • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung, Analyse und Bewertung relevanter gesetzlicher/regulatorischer Änderungen sowie Initiierung und Begleitung der Umsetzung notwendiger Anpassungen oder neuer Funktionen in unseren Workforce-Management-Lösungen

    • Definition fachlicher Anforderungen für R&D

    • Unterstützung bei Audit- und Compliance-Anforderungen

  • Workforce-Optimierung

    • Entwicklung effizienter Schicht- und Einsatzmodelle

    • Analyse und Optimierung von Personalkosten

    • Definition relevanter KPIs und Analytics-Konzepte

    • Unterstützung bei Simulationen und Szenario-Modellen

  • Integration & Systemarchitektur

    • Zusammenarbeit mit der Engineering-Abteilung bei der Gestaltung von Schnittstellen zu HR-, ERP-, Zeit- und Anwesenheits- sowie Zutrittskontrollsystemen

    • Klärung der Anforderungen an Datenstrukturen und Informationsaustausch zwischen Systemen mit der Engineering-Abteilung zur Unterstützung der Definition von APIs und Datenmodellen

  • Presales & Kundenberatung

    • Unterstützung bei komplexen Ausschreibungen

    • Durchführung von Workshops mit Key Accounts

    • Erstellung von Business Cases und Value-Argumentationen
