Roles & Responsibilities

Technical/Technologist or student in final semesters of Public Accounting
6+ months of experience as accounting assistant
Demonstrable experience with Siigo (registrations, third parties, vouchers)
Practical knowledge of the Colombian Tax Statute (withholding tax, ICA, auto-retention, VAT) and experience handling legal-tax obligations (magnetic filings, exogenous declarations, withholding certificates)

Requirements:

Register accounting entries in Siigo with PUC classification
Reconcile multi-currency bank movements (COP/USD/EUR) and exchange differences
Execute tax obligations (withholding tax, ICA, VAT, auto-retention) and manage the RADIAN module with DIAN compliance
Process payroll, benefits, PILA, and electronic payroll while maintaining audit-ready legal-tributary documentation

🎯 Misión del rol

Ejecutar de forma autónoma el registro contable, conciliaciones multi-moneda, impuestos colombianos, nómina y soporte legal-tributario. Garantizar información financiera confiable y trazable, con cumplimiento normativo DIAN y respaldo documental para auditorías, liberando tiempo del líder contable para tesorería y cierre.

🚀 Lo que harás (funciones clave)

✅ Lo que necesitas (must-have)

Registrar operaciones contables en Siigo con clasificación PUC
Conciliar movimientos bancarios multi-moneda (COP/USD/EUR) y diferencias en cambio
Ejecutar obligaciones tributarias (retefuente, ICA, IVA, autorrenta) y módulo RADIAN con cumplimiento normativo DIAN
Liquidar nómina, prestaciones, PILA y nómina electrónica
Mantener trazabilidad legal-tributaria: soportes, contratos, certificaciones y archivo para auditorías

Técnico/Tecnólogo/estudiante últimos semestres Contaduría Pública
6+ meses experiencia como auxiliar/asistente contable
Manejo demostrable de Siigo (registro, terceros, comprobantes)
Conocimiento PRÁCTICO del Estatuto Tributario (retefuente, ICA, autorrenta, IVA) — no solo teórico
Manejo de obligaciones legales-tributarias: medios magnéticos, exógena, certificados de retención
Excel intermedio
