Staff Commercial Operations Analyst - 100% Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Staff Commercial Operations Analyst - Remote position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in San Diego, CA. This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity.

Pay range: $68.00 - $78.00 per hour

This role involves partnering with business owners and technical peers to develop analytical solutions and document processes. The ideal candidate will maintain, build, and optimize a data warehouse environment, leveraging Business Intelligence skills in data collection, visualization, and storytelling to drive automation and provide high-quality reports to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business owners and technical peers to in-take requests, develop analytical proposals/solutions, and document processes
• Maintain, build, and optimize data warehouse, automatized data flow, and analytics "as-a-service” environment
• Utilize Business Intelligence experience in data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, data enrichment and storytelling
• Drive and implement automation to empower the organization to scale efficiently and with flexibility
• Report out on proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leadership on a regular basis
• Ensure strong attention to detail to deliver high quality analytics and reports to leadership

Requirements:

• 4+ years of working experience with Tableau
• 4+ years of working experience with SQL and database management
• Strong analytical experience with databases in writing queries, query optimization, debugging, user defined functions, views, and indexes
• Minimum of 2 years of Agile experience

Desired skills:

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Github
