Join a team where complexity doesn’t mean confusion but rather a deep dive into understanding, surfacing with clear options and recommendations.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly driven and technically proficient individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering enterprise solutions. You should be comfortable managing technical projects, interacting with clients, and collaborating across departments. This role is ideal for someone with experience in enterprise IT systems, card printer hardware and software, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Integrate card printing systems with client identity management and access control platforms

Handle escalated support tickets assigned to Tier 2

Deliver travel-related, billable customer services and onsite support when needed

Qualifications & Skills

Familiarity with card printer software platforms (e.g., ZMotif SDK, HID FARGO Connect, or equivalent)

Experience with card encoding technologies including magnetic stripe, smart chip (contact/contactless), and barcode

Project management experience with billable professional services

Experience managing client-facing technical projects with billable deliverables

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while managing multiple priorities

          Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Strong communication and customer relationship skills

Travel Management

Engineers are expected to manage their own travel arrangements out of pocket when traveling for customer-related services or business needs. They must track and submit all related expenses accurately in accordance with company policies. Reimbursement is provided based on adherence to established procedures, ensuring timely and appropriate compensation for incurred travel costs.

Physical Demands

This is a fully remote position and requires a dedicated home office environment with minimal distractions. A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential to support VoIP, collaboration tools, and other technical systems. The role involves extended periods of sitting and computer work. Up to 25% travel may be necessary to provide onsite support, attend training, or participate in professional development opportunities.
