3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in workflow/project coordination
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in calendar management, document creation, tracking spreadsheets, and basic project coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proactive follow-up and ability to work independently in a home-based environment

Schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and confirm attendance; send reminders and meeting links
Create and maintain documents, notes, and templates; organize files, folders, and internal trackers
Provide basic project coordination and follow-up; track daily priorities and deliverables; prepare meeting agendas and distribute notes and action items
