Your Next Challenge

Join our client’s team as an AI Enablement & Use Case Specialist and help drive the adoption of AI applications and intelligent agents across the organization. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business, IT, and compliance teams, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable business value while remaining aligned with governance, security, and technical standards.

What You’ll Work On

  • Collaborating with business units to identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
  • Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for AI applications and AI agents.
  • Supporting the rollout of AI solutions through pilots, proofs of concept, onboarding, and enablement activities.
  • Guiding users in the creation and setup of personal or role-based AI agents.
  • Ensuring AI initiatives align with governance, security, compliance, and data protection requirements.
  • Working closely with IT Security, Legal, Compliance, and technical teams to support responsible AI adoption.
  • Contributing to the controlled and scalable introduction of AI capabilities across the organization.
  • Supporting change management and user adoption initiatives related to AI technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or product management roles.
  • Hands-on involvement in AI, automation, or digital innovation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, AI application lifecycle, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize use cases.
  • Solid understanding of data protection, security, and compliance considerations for AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience within Microsoft 365 or Azure ecosystems.
  • Certifications related to Microsoft AI, Azure, Product Management, or Change Management.
  • German language skills.
  • Experience supporting AI agent creation or enterprise AI adoption programs.
