Job description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a proactive Dutch Sales Development Consultant to join our team remotely from Greece. This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within Dutch-speaking markets, driving lead generation, and supporting the sales pipeline for our consulting and technology solutions.

As a Sales Development Consultant, you will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads, engage potential clients, and contribute to overall business growth. This remote opportunity provides flexibility and the chance to work within a diverse and ambitious international company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in Dutch-speaking markets
  • Conduct research to target potential clients and industries effectively
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activities and client communications in CRM systems
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work from Greece with a reliable internet connection.
  • Possession of AMKA and AFMI is mandatory
