Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and emails in Dutch.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective transitions of leads.
  • Provide constructive feedback on outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and basic proficiency in English.
  • No previous experience required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are important for managing interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Willingness to relocate with a fully paid support package from the company.
