We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and social media channels.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on driving traffic, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance across paid and organic channels.
You’ll work directly on:
• Google Ads campaigns
• SEO optimization
• Social media engagement and growth
• Performance tracking and reporting

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing
• Conduct keyword research and campaign structuring
• Write and test high-converting ad copy
• Optimize CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
• Identify and execute campaign performance improvements
• Manage engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions
• Support content scheduling, captions, and post optimization
• Monitor engagement metrics and audience growth
• Conduct keyword research using SEMrush or similar SEO tools
• Optimize metadata, content, headings, and internal linking
• Support technical SEO improvements and on-page optimization
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance
• Identify content opportunities and keyword gaps
• Track campaign performance across paid, social, and organic channels
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4
• Prepare reports with insights, recommendations, and optimization plans
• Maintain organized documentation of campaign updates and performance changes
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• 3+ years of social media management and engagement experience
• Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of PPC metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS
• Experience with Google Analytics 4
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with content marketing workflows and marketing automation tools
• Review campaign dashboards and marketing metrics
• Optimize Google Ads campaigns and ad creatives
• Respond to social media engagement and monitor audience activity
• Update SEO content and keyword strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization
