We’re looking for a highly analytical and creative Creative Strategist to lead ad ideation and performance-driven content direction. This role will be key in shaping winning ad angles, guiding production, and scaling high-performing creatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative briefs and ad angles for video and design teams
  • Write and refine high-converting ad copy based on buyer persona insights
  • Direct video production, including B-roll selection and script improvements
  • Act as the strategic lead for the creative team, providing clear direction and insights
  • Test, validate, and iterate on ad angles (e.g., knee joint, finger joint, hip joint)
  • Continuously optimize creatives based on performance data and insights

Requirements

  • Expert-level copywriting skills for direct response ads
  • Strong understanding of buyer psychology and personas
  • Solid knowledge of media buying and ad performance metrics
  • Experience in video production direction and content structuring
  • Ability to create and guide static ad concepts
  • Highly data-driven mindset (decisions based on performance, not personal preference)
