People Operations & HR Analytics Generalist

  • Location/Type: Bogotá, Colombia • Remote
  • Pay: $2,500–$3,000 USD/month
  • Schedule: Full-time • Must overlap U.S. Pacific hours

You’ll own recurring people reports, maintain workforce dashboards, support HR operations, and use AI tools to move faster without sacrificing accuracy.

What you’ll do

  • Own recurring workforce and headcount reporting
  • Refresh executive dashboards and workforce summaries
  • Clean and validate employee data across systems
  • Build Excel reports using pivots, lookups, and formulas
  • Support policy rollouts and HR process improvements
  • Use AI tools to speed analysis and documentation
  • Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements
