Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple priorities.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support communication and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and logistics.
  • Maintain business registers, documentation, and version control.
  • Assist with project tracking using tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Strong experience in coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
  • Exposure to working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Work Details
  • Work Setup: Fully Remote (Work from Home).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day-shift (AEST).
  • Client: Australian-based team.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
