We make our clients' life easier, allowing them to focus on their families, careers, and other activities they love.

About the Role

Pepper's Personal Assistants is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support a client with complex, evolving needs, based primarily in Massachusetts with strong ties to the Bellevue/Seattle area. This is a predominantly remote role with in-person availability required in the greater Bellevue area. We are looking for someone who is highly self-directed with strong time management skills and a track record of following through.

This is not a passive support role — we're looking for someone who thinks ahead, moves fast, and can manage complex, multi-layered logistics with grace and discretion.

Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 9am–5pm. Flexible and negotiable

Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.

Location: This is an on-site position, and candidates must live in the greater Seattle area.

Start Date: ASAP.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex, fast-moving calendars and coordinate across time zones
  • Plan and book domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
  • Coordinate a major international relocation to Italy, target departure: August 2026, PA will continue to support this client while abroad.
    • US storage logistics
    • Setup and coordination of new residence in Italy
    • International pet transport for cats
  • Handle personal errands and in-person tasks in the Seattle/Bellevue area as needed
  • Anticipate the client's needs and proactively manage day-to-day coordination
  • Liaise with family members and other contacts on the client's behalf

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong tech proficiency — you're comfortable with calendaring tools, travel platforms, project management apps, and whatever else gets the job done
  • Experience with international travel planning and/or relocation logistics
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and stay ten steps ahead
  • Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Local to the Seattle/Bellevue area
  • Italian language skills are a plus — one family member is a primary Italian speaker
