Als YouTube Producer (m/w/d) bei BTC-ECHO verantwortest du die Entwicklung, Produktion und Optimierung unserer Videoformate auf YouTube und Social Media. Dein Ziel ist es, Inhalte zu schaffen, die nicht nur informieren, sondern vor allem performen – mit maximaler Watchtime, starken Klickraten und echtem Impact. Dabei entwickelst du neue Formate, optimierst bestehende Inhalte datengetrieben und bringst unsere Video-Strategie auf das nächste Level.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifikation relevanter YouTube- und Social-Media-Trends zur Entwicklung neuer Formate
  • Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Videoformaten, Skripten und Storylines
  • Produktion und Postproduktion von Video-Inhalten (YouTube & Social Media)
  • Einsatz moderner Editing-Techniken und Motion Graphics zur Steigerung von Watchtime und Engagement
  • Erstellung von klickstarken Titeln, Thumbnails und Video-Beschreibungen (SEO & CTR-optimiert)
  • Betreuung und technische Umsetzung von Livestreams
  • Analyse und Monitoring relevanter KPIs (CTR, Retention, Views, Engagement)
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Workflows und Prozessen im Video-Team
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Redaktion, Moderatoren und externen Partnern

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Video-Produktion, YouTube oder Social Media Content
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für YouTube-Mechaniken (CTR, Retention, Watchtime)
  • Gespür für Trends, Formate und Storytelling im digitalen Raum
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen Editing-Tools und Motion Graphics
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an Bitcoin, Krypto und Finanzthemen
  • Motivation, Inhalte nicht nur zu produzieren, sondern aktiv zu verbessern
